They set the bar for customer service at a positive level I am not sure I have ever seen anywhere else. Bill was reduced almost $125 and we now have fast reliable service we did not have before. FirstNet is a network built with AT&T to prioritize our first responders including law enforcement, firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians, and many more. This robust network provides 2.91M+ square miles of coverage and provides a Priority and Preemption Guarantee. This means that when an incident can flood other commercial networks with traffic, FirstNet users are put in a “fast lane” to ensure they have first access to necessary network resources. This way, no emergency response can be hampered by slow connections and failed calls.
This network also boasts end-to-end encryption to defend against cyber-attacks and confidential data leaks. To support this end, FirstNet’s dedicated Security Operations Center (SOC) provides 24/7/365 monitoring of all traffic.
