TWE COO, Joseph Lepordo, Named to the NJBIZ 40 Under 40

MANAHAWKIN, N.J., September 8, 2021 – Joseph Lepordo, Chief Operating Officer of The Wireless Experience (TWE), has been named to the 2021 NJBIZ 40 under 40, a recognition that honors the best and brightest of New Jersey’s next generation of business leaders. As COO, Lepordo oversees daily operations for an enterprise of more than 350 people across more than 80 locations in five states. Under his C-level leadership, TWE has grown from 62 to 82 stores, has twice been named to the NJBIZ Fast 50, and has earned four Inc. 5000 rankings and four Fortune Best Workplace awards. Most recently, he has led TWE to growth during a pandemic that forced many counterparts to close most of their doors. “Joe Lepordo’s business contributions have helped shape our success for nearly a decade, and over the last 18 months he’s guided the team to achievements that are truly phenomenal,” says CEO Brian Wainwright. “Even more important, Joe shares and inspires the core values that define true leaders. He became Chief of Staff in 2016 and Chief Operating Officer in 2018. He earned an MBA from Northeastern University and a BSBA in Finance from University of Massachusetts Lowell.
