We get it; accidents happen! The good news is, we are here to help! From February 1st to March 15th, our AT&T postpaid guests have the chance to enroll their mobile number in AT&T’s Protect Advantage, even if it has been more than 30 days since your device activation or upgrade.
During this open enrollment period, the usual 30-day eligibility requirement for enrolling your device in Protect Advantage is lifted. This means that you can now add protection to your devices, regardless of when you purchased them, as long as they are in good working condition.
Protect Advantage offers two plans:
- Protect Advantage for 1
- Protects a single connected device for $14 or $17 a month (depending on device tier).
- Protect Advantage for 4
- Protects four eligible devices for $45 a month.
Both plans cover the following devices: Connected Smartphones, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) smartphones, smartwatches, laptops, and both connected and non-connected tablets.
One of the many benefits of this program is the offering of unlimited $29 screen repairs. This feature of the Protect Advantage plan covers cracked screens, dead pixels, backlight issues, and touch non-responsiveness.
We know that it is hard to go without your phone for an extended period of time. That’s why claims may even be eligible for same-day replacement, delivery, and setup, so you can get back to using your device as soon as possible. In addition, Protect Advantage also covers lost, stolen, and physically damaged devices, excluding accidental damage from handling.
