The Wireless Experience started with a single location in Manahawkin, NJ, but Brian Wainwright’s vision for the Company was always grander. For over 25 years he has guided a team that transformed TWE from a mom & pop storefront to one of the East Coast’s largest AT&T retailers. Now boasting over 90 locations and 400+ employees, Brian has been the guiding force behind that transformation. The pillars of the TWE mission statement – accountability, community, integrity, loyalty, and trust – come from Brian himself. That philosophy has expanded across seven states thanks to his ability to see the potential in overlooked markets, manage smart and strategic growth, and inspire his team to meet aggressive goals, all while staying focused on TWE’s core values. But like TWE itself, Brian rarely looks back on his accomplishments. His focus is on the future.
